Richard Stanier - Richard is a Benefits professional with over 20 years experience and an uncanny ability to find elegant solutions and deliver complex messages effectively. Richard has particular strength in helping organisations achieve Customer Service Excellence and is well known nationally as a trainer and expert in Housing Benefits. Richard leads our training and customer service development work.

Cliff Williams - Cliff has a grasp of technology and business that is rare. His work on cost effective technical solutions such as our SHBE extractor provides our clients with real competitive advantage, as well as giving clients access to a range low cost technical solutions to everyday problems. Cliff is currently leading a service transformation project in a Borough Council and leads our Interim Management and IT development work.

Peter Joyce - Peter specialises in Housing Benefit systems and legislation training and service improvement. He is currently helping a District Council transform it's service in advance of an Audit Commission inspection. Peter is expert in core housing benefit systems such as Academy and Northgate and leads our systems training and staff mentoring work.
